Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Valle Event Designs, L.L.C ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Services
Valle Event Designs provides event design, planning, coordination, and decor rental services. The specific services for your event will be outlined in a separate service agreement or contract.
Booking and Deposits
- A signed contract and non-refundable retainer deposit are required to secure your event date
- The retainer amount varies based on the scope of services and will be specified in your contract
- Your event date is not confirmed until we receive both the signed contract and retainer
- Final payment is due as specified in your individual contract
Cancellation Policy
- More than 90 days before event: Retainer is non-refundable; no additional fees
- 60-90 days before event: 50% of remaining balance due
- Less than 60 days before event: Full balance is due
- Date changes: Subject to availability; may incur additional fees
Client Responsibilities
As our client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your event
- Communicate in a timely manner regarding decisions and approvals
- Adhere to agreed-upon timelines and deadlines
- Ensure venue access as required for setup and breakdown
- Obtain necessary permits or permissions from your venue
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
Rentals and Property
- Rental items remain the property of Valle Event Designs
- Client is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rental items during the rental period
- Replacement costs will be charged for damaged or missing items
- Rental items must be returned in the same condition as received
Photography and Portfolio Use
By engaging our services, you grant Valle Event Designs permission to photograph our work at your event and use these images for marketing, portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Valle Event Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our services
- Any conduct or content of any third party
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, vendor failures, or venue issues
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, government actions, or other unforeseen events.
Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, and creative materials developed by Valle Event Designs remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Unauthorized reproduction or use of our designs is prohibited.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valle Event Designs, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your event.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
